About the name
So, what's a housewright?
Before there were general contractors and subcontractors and project coordinators, a town had a housewright. One craftsman, known by name, who built your house with his own hands and had to look you in the eye at church on Sunday. His reputation was the only warranty anyone needed.
When we went looking for a name, everything modern sounded like a franchise. Then we found this old word, and it said the whole thing in one breath: we're makers of houses, and we answer for our work. So we dusted it off and painted it on the van.
