These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of housewrightcontractingco.com (the "Site") and the text messaging program described below, both operated by Housewright Contracting Co LLC ("Housewright," "we," "us," or "our"). The Site provides information about our home remodeling services and lets you request a free estimate. You agree to give accurate information and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose. Information on the Site is for general information only and is not a binding offer. Pricing, scope, and schedule are confirmed only in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties.
3. Estimates and projects
Requesting an estimate does not create a contract. Remodeling work is performed only under a separate written agreement between you and Housewright.
4. Text messaging program
Program name: Housewright Contracting Co LLC Project & Appointment Messages.
Description: If you give us your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, we will send you messages related to your estimate request and project, such as appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to your questions, and project updates (including daily job updates while work is underway).
Consent: By checking the consent box on our estimate form (or by otherwise giving us written permission to text you), you agree to receive these text messages at the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your request and project.
Costs: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt-out: You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and we will confirm your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Supported carriers and availability: Text messaging is available on major U.S. carriers. Availability is not guaranteed.

5. Intellectual property
The Site's content, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to Housewright or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Housewright will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the text messaging program. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under a separate written project agreement or under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site or the text messaging program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
